Base Salary
$125k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Product Design to understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points.
- Contribute to ideation, prototyping, solution discovery, and evaluation of alternative technical approaches.
- Guide technical approach, architecture, and system design for the product area.
- Deliver high-quality production software meeting performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
- Own end-to-end engineering outcomes through hands-on development, code reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
- Define and track success metrics with Product and Data, using customer feedback, data, and experimentation to prioritize improvements.
- Identify technical risks and make tradeoffs among delivery speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
- Contribute to engineering standards, patterns, best practices, and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and modern architectures.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes cross-functional product teams, product discovery or solution design, technical leadership, enterprise platforms, large-scale distributed systems, customer-facing products, data-driven or AI-enabled systems, and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, testing, and observability.
