Responsibilities
- Partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate business goals and workflow requirements into scalable Notion solutions.
- Design workspace architectures incorporating workflows, permissions, governance, integrations, and AI use cases.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities, and adjacent AI tools.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering on migrations, API constraints, security architecture, and advanced implementation needs.
- Create adoption plans, enablement materials, launch approaches, implementation plans, handoff materials, and success measures.
- Identify repeatable engagement patterns and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, runbooks, enablement assets, and product feedback.
- Act as a trusted customer advisor and make practical recommendations about technical tradeoffs and implementation paths.
- Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership, and the partner ecosystem to scale successful approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tech services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, implementation, adoption, and change-management skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows, and implementation tradeoffs; production coding is not required.
- Strong project and engagement management skills covering scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, decisions, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, executive presence, customer judgment, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Preferred: experience with agents, automations, AI-powered workflows, Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents, developer platform workflows, discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, packaged services, reference architectures, or high-growth technology environments.
