Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the Intelligent Optimization Framework as a permanent, kaizen-grounded improvement rhythm.
- Redesign and rerun workflows through structured measurement and improvement cycles.
- Embed new ways of working into standard work, ownership models, and disciplined execution cadences.
- Analyze Copilot Dashboard, Work IQ, adoption, and operational signals to prioritize improvements.
- Refine prompt libraries, enablement materials, and agent configurations based on usage data.
- Detect agent drift, retire or rework low-value agents, and direct investment toward high-ROI agents.
- Facilitate improvement events and retrospectives and document reusable improvement patterns and playbooks.
- Transfer optimization disciplines, cadences, and tooling to customer teams for sustained independent operation.
- Recommend and drive discontinuation of workflows, agents, and enablement assets that no longer provide value.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in one of these fields plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios.
- 1+ year leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
- Preferred: experience improving production AI or automation solutions and managing model, prompt, or agent performance over time.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Copilot adoption, Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights, agent operations, drift detection, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Preferred: experience connecting improvement work to value and P&L outcomes and transferring continuous improvement capabilities to customer organizations.
- Preferred: proven continuous improvement or operational excellence leadership, kaizen or Lean facilitation, standard-work design, quality assurance or evaluation practices, metric analysis, and stakeholder management.
Benefits
- Base pay range is CAD $124,600–$225,600 per year in Canada.
