Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, provide engagement reporting, and escalate customer feedback and product signals.
- Lead technical onboarding and environment readiness, including capacity, quotas, security, IAM/SSO, enterprise connectors, ECMs, and data residency.
- Work with customer engineering and business teams to map workflows and data pipelines, identify integration constraints, shape tools and APIs, and define MVP requirements for GenAI and autonomous agent systems.
- Define impact hypotheses, benchmarks, KPIs, consumption velocity, delivery reliability, and business ROI, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
- Own end-to-end delivery roadmaps for multi-workstream AI deployments, including milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and technical delivery across engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery leadership, technical engagement management, solutions architecture, or enterprise AI/Cloud consulting.
- Experience reading, evaluating, or debugging code in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another general-purpose coding language, and diagnosing architectural blockers.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience structuring technical delivery roadmaps, managing production deployments, and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills.
- Preferred experience leading enterprise Generative AI, LLM-based agentic workflow, or RAG architecture engagements from prototype to production readiness.
- Preferred experience working with Forward Deployed Engineers, software engineering squads, sales, and Product/Research teams to build and scale custom technical solutions.
- Preferred track record of operating autonomously in ambiguous environments, creating reusable delivery playbooks, driving 0-to-1 initiatives, and moving between architecture and execution details such as code review, API integrations, and evaluation benchmarking.
