Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Deliver production-ready and supportable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain enterprise integrations using APIs, connectors, data services, identity services, gateways, and institutional data sources.
- Create reusable templates, components, custom connectors, and reference implementations.
- Provide technical reviews, troubleshooting, and escalation support for production solutions.
- Partner with departments to assess automation opportunities, shape requirements, and deliver initial solutions.
- Develop training, documentation, office hours, and citizen-developer enablement practices.
- Collaborate with the Power Platform Architect to meet security, integration, lifecycle, and support standards.
- Establish pilot backlogs, departmental intake-to-delivery processes, developer guidance, and production handoff standards.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Practical experience building and publishing Copilot Studio agents or solutions.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs, custom connectors, and on-premises data gateways.
- Demonstrated ability to take solutions from departmental requests through supportable, production-ready releases.
- Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills, including requirements sessions and training for nontechnical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- English proficiency at Level B2 or higher.
- Preferred: Microsoft PL-400 or PL-200 certification.
- Preferred: experience with reusable component libraries, managed solutions, citizen-developer support, internal office-hours programs, or higher education institutions.
- Preferred: familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
