Responsibilities
- Steer high leverage projects that accelerate development.
- Execute strategies to enhance the developer experience across the SDLC.
- Mentor and collaborate with other technical contributors.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve developer tools.
- Continuously learn and enhance technical and non-technical skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in driving high impact projects.
- 5+ years in developer experience, infrastructure, or platform teams.
- 5+ years in large-scale distributed systems development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud providers.
- Proven track record of leading large scale technical projects.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Excellent communication skills for consensus building.
- Empathy and curiosity to understand developer pain points.
- History of mentorship and technical leadership.
