Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable applications and services for workplace financial services platforms.
- Drive modernization initiatives that improve security, stability, performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Develop full-stack solutions using C#/.NET Core and modern web technologies.
- Design enterprise-level services, systems, and architecture patterns, including Domain Driven Design.
- Create and consume REST APIs and integrate backend services with SQL and relational databases.
- Evaluate and improve application performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Influence application and architecture decisions and communicate technical recommendations across organizational levels.
- Collaborate with technology and business partners to solve complex technical challenges.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to collaborative technical decision-making.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- Experience with C#/.NET Core development.
- Experience designing enterprise-level services, systems, and architecture patterns, including working knowledge of Domain Driven Design.
- Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
- Expertise in responsive design and Single Page Applications.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, client-side MV* frameworks, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2, SAML, and JWT.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, including backend-service integration.
- Experience evaluating and improving application performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Preferred experience with web accessibility practices, unit testing, and test-driven or behavior-driven development.
- Preferred experience with Agile principles and Scrum-based delivery teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems, make decisions, communicate technical concepts, collaborate effectively, adapt, learn continuously, and mentor teammates.
