Responsibilities
- Own the overall health, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance of gaming platform services.
- Build and manage infrastructure services and applications through automation.
- Develop infrastructure strategy, processes, standardization, and support procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, applications, and networks.
- Develop, configure, and optimize service monitoring and telemetry.
- Assist with new product feature rollouts and installations.
- Develop tools for rapid deployment and monitoring of applications and services at scale.
- Partner with development teams to ensure platforms are designed for operability.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an SRE or DevOps professional.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience running multi-node and multi-tier web application architectures and maintaining long-lived APIs and microservices.
- Experience with persisted key/value stores such as ETCD and Redis.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins for continuous integration.
- Experience with Argo CD for continuous deployment.
- Senior-level experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, and OpenShift.
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
- Senior-level experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka for message streaming or queueing.
