Responsibilities
- Operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities in Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning workflows, including configuration, security, role controls, and adoption.
- Lead use-case discovery workshops and connect business pain points with Oracle product AI features, value KPIs, and adoption metrics.
- Implement application-level AI governance, including access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes using supported extensions and APIs while preserving compliance.
- Deliver rollout playbooks covering pilots, phased deployment, training, hypercare, and measurable productivity or cycle-time improvements.
- Configure Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement; support integrations, events, OIC, testing, prompt assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP).
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Familiarity with APIs, events, and OIC integration concepts, along with a testing mindset.
- Experience with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking where supported.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline aligned with the role level.
