Responsibilities
- Act as a Pega CDH and Decisioning subject matter expert and provide technical leadership for complex implementations.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design across Pega CDH, Pega Decisioning, NBAA, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Create, own, and review High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documents.
- Design integration solutions involving Kafka, Mar Tech platforms, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Define data models, context dictionaries, taxonomy governance, and decisioning structures for customer engagement use cases.
- Evaluate technical alternatives and document architectural trade-offs related to scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirements workshops, design reviews, architecture reviews, sprint governance, and technical delivery governance.
- Communicate technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-shore and offshore delivery teams and provide technical coaching and mentorship.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is stated, with 8+ years of Pega implementation experience also required elsewhere in the posting.
- Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub, Pega Decisioning, Pega Platform v8.x, Next-Best-Action Advisor, Bundle Negotiator, taxonomy governance, adaptive model lifecycle management, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Proven solution architecture experience with ownership of HLD and LLD documentation.
- Experience designing integrations involving Kafka, Mar Tech, and Customer Data Platforms, plus strong knowledge of data modeling and context dictionaries.
- Experience converting business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, business analysis, requirement management, and technical delivery leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-shore or offshore Agile delivery teams and leading architecture or technical delivery teams.
- Mandatory certifications include Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), and Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant.
- Preferred qualifications include ANZ telecommunications or financial services experience, familiarity with Pega Infinity '25, Pega Marketing Architect Certification, Pega Data Science Specialist Certification, and relevant Pega CDH or Decisioning certifications.
- A 15-year full-time education qualification is required.
