Responsibilities

  • Operate and enhance mission-critical environments for newly onboarded and existing clients.
  • Align client requirements with platform capabilities and contribute to platform evolution.
  • Support build, maintenance, and scaling of products including Qlik, Tosca, BI, SQL Developer, and Python/Java solutions.
  • Operate Qlik deployment pipelines and replicate environments as needed.
  • Manage infrastructure deployment pipelines and troubleshoot onboarding and operational issues.
  • Schedule, optimize, and transition batch jobs to event-driven patterns using enterprise schedulers.
  • Configure and support third-party software in client environments.
  • Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness activities.
  • Coordinate maintenance, deployments, refreshes, rollbacks, and application upgrades.
  • Provide weekend or on-call support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and Agile teams on design discussions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Azure; AWS exposure is helpful.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
  • Experience managing onboarding projects and live production operations.
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Comfort working with Linux, Windows, APIs, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and interest in continuous learning.
  • Solid foundation in ITIL practices, including problem, change, and incident management.
