Base Salary
$60k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Manage Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, profiles, permission sets, roles, organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Customize Salesforce user interfaces using Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs, Future Methods, and Lightning Web Components.
- Support Aura Components and Visualforce, including legacy maintenance and migration to Lightning Web Components.
- Write and maintain Apex tests with mocking, TestSetup, assertions, and at least 75% coverage.
- Design REST and SOAP integrations, platform events, Change Data Capture, OAuth authentication, connected apps, and external services.
- Perform ETL and data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party tools.
- Apply enterprise architecture patterns, trigger frameworks, separation of concerns, and Salesforce deployment best practices.
- Use Git, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, metadata APIs, tooling APIs, and deployment pipelines.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases and AppExchange managed packages across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, document technical designs, and communicate with stakeholders and architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is listed as a qualification.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, testing, integrations, security, architecture, and deployment practices is required.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud is required or expected.
- Required skills include Salesforce, client relations, people leadership, risk management, executive presence, design thinking, collaboration, storytelling, Office 365 Deployment, and Workday.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, code review, and business-requirement translation skills are required.
