Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the scoping, design, and development of product features.
- Identify and fix bugs and technical debt.
- Collaborate with Support to address technical issues for customers.
- Understand customer needs and design systems that solve real-world problems.
- Build best-in-class product experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of experience building web application backends.
- Frontend development experience is a plus but is not required.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, maintenance, technical debt, and future needs.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and push back when appropriate.
- Ability to share knowledge and help level up teammates.
