Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules.
- Gather requirements and design solutions with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities within ServiceNow.
- Customize catalog features, workflows, asset management capabilities, and integrations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Work across several customer platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of experience; 4 additional years may substitute for a degree.
- Ability to obtain ServiceNow CIS certification in SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, or HAM.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
- Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM practices and frameworks.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Jira Service Management and ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, IT asset management, and software license management.
