Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery across cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost management challenges, and operational goals.
  • Own technical validation and Proof of Value exercises, including preparation, execution, and successful technical outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver tailored DoiT Cloud Intelligence demonstrations in Thai and English.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses for engineering, finance, and executive audiences.
  • Partner with AWS field teams and local partners on co-sell motions, partner-sourced pipeline, MAP, WAFR, and GenAI accelerator engagements.
  • Design and help implement improvements in cloud cost efficiency, resilience, security posture, observability, and operational automation.
  • Build DCI analytics and cost allocation views, write Composer queries, create CloudFlow automations, and integrate DCI into governance and CI/CD workflows.
  • Support technical engagements for MSP, PE, and SI customers involving portfolio-level cloud visibility and optimization.
  • Own the technical win, create reusable playbooks and technical assets, present at events, and provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain accurate and timely business-system documentation and performance data.

Requirements

  • Native-level Thai fluency, spoken and written, with professional working proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
  • Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
  • Depth in cloud infrastructure, data and analytics, or ML/GenAI, plus practical FinOps and cloud cost management judgment.
  • Practical observability experience across monitoring, logging, alerting, and related tools.
  • Coding or scripting ability and hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including working with large datasets and spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs.
  • Ability to explain complex technology clearly and present to executive-level prospects and customers.
  • Experience working in metric-driven account-team environments across functions and time zones.
  • AWS certifications, FinOps Certified Practitioner certification, AWS partner-program experience, FinOps/SRE/platform engineering background, VMware experience, technical selling experience, public speaking, open-source contributions, or community leadership are preferred.
