Base Salary
$211k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle projects from design to maintenance for new features in Go and Rust.
- Design and implement enhancements based on customer feedback and best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues within the products.
- Ensure timely solutions to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in building high-reliability distributed systems, typically over 7 years.
- At least 5 years of experience with Go or Rust programming languages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud and container technologies like Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Experience working with customer support teams to troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members.
