Responsibilities
- Develop and architect APIs, backend services, and integrations for AI-driven products.
- Build and improve event-driven data-processing, automation, and intelligent workflow systems.
- Work with LLM-based pipelines and improve their reliability in production.
- Own code throughout development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Help build the technical platform supporting future tools for newsrooms.
- Collaborate closely with product and design in a small, cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in backend development, system architecture, and API design.
- Experience building and deploying production-critical systems.
- A broad systems-development perspective and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, and modern development tools.
- Practical experience with AI tools and willingness to explore their impact on product development.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
- Frontend experience is a plus, but backend is the primary focus.
- Comfort with autonomy, rapid changes, code reviews, pragmatic solutions, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.
