Base Salary
$220k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own execution and delivery of product priorities in collaboration with product and design
- Lead the technical architecture and design of scalable, efficient, and secure software
- Align technical solutions with business needs and product vision
- Drive technical discussions and decision-making in line with company goals and technology strategy
- Mentor and guide engineers while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and robust code
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in SaaS, fintech, or related fields
- Deep expertise in modern software development practices and a broad range of technologies and frameworks
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for complex technical challenges
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams
- Experience with architectural design and decision-making for scalable, high-performance systems
