Base Salary
$220k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the execution and delivery of product priorities in collaboration with the product and design team.
- Lead the technical architecture and design of our software, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Align technical solutions with business needs and product vision.
- Drive technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and technology strategy.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in writing high-quality, maintainable, and robust code.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in SaaS, fintech or related fields.
- Deep expertise in modern software development practices and a broad range of technologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
- Experience in architectural design and decision-making for scalable, high-performance systems.
