- Contribute to shared engineering infrastructure for safer integration operations.
- Define and track technical quality and reliability metrics.
Requirements
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth flows, and webhook design.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies and integration services.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
- Ability to communicate proactively in an async-first culture.
- Deep customer empathy and a focus on improving customer experience.
- Experience in debugging and triaging complex integration issues.
