Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
- Design and engineer core agent logic to optimize quality and reliability.
- Engineer and validate guardrails for safe and compliant agent performance.
- Build and test integrations with customer systems, including APIs and workflows.
- Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.
- Diagnose and resolve technical failures through root-cause analysis.
- Design evaluation frameworks to validate agent behavior.
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Strong technical skills in coding, APIs, and integration validation.
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions.
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
