Responsibilities
- Own your zone of the codebase, including architecture, quality, and documentation.
- Build features end-to-end, from API to UI.
- Write tests as part of the development process for every PR.
- Utilize agentic tools for task execution and review outputs rigorously.
- Collaborate directly with product managers to clarify requirements.
- Participate in code reviews efficiently and mentor newer developers.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of commercial full-stack development experience.
- Strong skills in Python and Django/DRF with production Postgres experience.
- Production-level experience with React and TypeScript.
- Ability to own a domain without micromanagement.
- Self-directed work style with direct collaboration with product managers.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems and high-volume data.
- Fluency in Russian and professional working level in English.
- Active use of AI tools in development workflows.
