Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Perform Salesforce DevOps activities, including deployment automation, troubleshooting, and pipeline support.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage team performance and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
