Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and system needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, test, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and clients throughout delivery.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation materials.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer query resolution.
- Collect client feedback, respond to customer requests, and help ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Agentic AI skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate validation processes, document solutions, and prepare technical reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to provide customer-focused communication and support throughout software implementation.
