Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services for search and recommendations.
- Optimize data pipelines for large volumes of government and enterprise data.
- Create retrieval pipelines using embeddings for document search.
- Resolve entity challenges in messy datasets through data cleaning and structuring.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on data-driven features.
- Own projects from technical design to deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience with TypeScript / Node.js.
- Experience with search systems, data pipelines, or recommendation engines.
- Comfort with large, messy datasets.
- Strong CS fundamentals and experience scaling production systems.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively.
