
Principal Full Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, deploy, and manage architecture for specified products.
- Lead design roadmaps, technical discussions, and development for the Development team.
- Develop, implement, and champion design, coding, and enterprise compliance standards.
- Lead software development and implementation while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Provide architecture subject matter expertise to business and development groups.
- Evaluate new technologies and generate ideas for improving products and processes.
- Coordinate day-to-day work of professional and technical staff or serve as project manager for significant enterprise projects.
- Design and optimize financial applications and lead others toward successful completion.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software design.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree in a related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture, management practices, and processes.
- Expert knowledge of N-tier web-based applications built on Java-centric technology.
- Deep understanding of AWS, with a focus on serverless and microservices technologies.
- Advanced experience with SQL databases, including SQL Server or Oracle, and advanced SQL tuning skills.
- Familiarity with OLAP databases such as Snowflake is a plus.
- Advanced analytical and diagnostic skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influence stakeholders, lead others, and complete initiatives.
