Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to improve product offerings.
- Design scalable web application solutions and improve code quality, system efficiency, and development processes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to team strategy.
- Participate in engineering hiring processes.
- Develop using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
- High proficiency in Java and experience with web application architecture.
- Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code.
- Excellent English communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Experience with customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI technologies with mature judgment regarding quality and security.
- Preferred experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building, event-based analytics, Node.js, Vue.js, e-commerce, or startup environments.
