Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
- Lead planning and execution of software development projects from design through delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE is required.
- Proficiency in Jakarta EE is required.
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, and multithreading is required.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably Neo4j Graph or Mango, is required.
- Experience with messaging through MQ, Kafka, or Pulser is required.
- Experience with Spring and open-source tools and frameworks such as Solr, Camel, and Swagger is required.
- Web front-end experience with Angular, React JS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or Ext-JS is requested.
- Experience with REST web services and microservices is requested.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development is requested.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
