Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using established software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in all stages of the software development process, from solution design through deployment.
- Build, deploy, optimize, and enhance scalable AI solutions and computational algorithms.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Partner with clients across regions and industries to design and implement innovative AI solutions.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and helping organizations become AI-led.
- Experience applying software development practices and optimizing algorithmic and software efficiency.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local office language.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field of study.
- Applicants should provide academic certificates, including A-level, bachelor’s, and master’s certificates where applicable.
