Responsibilities
- Work directly with new and enterprise clients to run discovery, define success criteria, and provide updates.
- Translate customer requests from calls, Slack, and email into clear engineering tickets with measurable outcomes.
- Build and ship production-quality code, product features, workflows, and integrations across the stack.
- Prioritize high-value solutions, push back on low-value requests, and propose efficient approaches.
- Track the impact of delivered work, including go-live speed, platform usage, orders, support tickets, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, operations, sales, and product teams.
Requirements
- Around 4+ years of building and shipping software used by real users.
- Strong product-engineering ability across web applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Direct customer or client experience, including running calls, scoping work, and pushing back when appropriate.
- Ability to evaluate business value and explain why work is worth building.
- Ability to investigate, prototype, plan, and ship with AI tools while validating their output.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
