Responsibilities
- Work embedded with client teams as a hands-on technical lead delivering ServiceNow solutions to production.
- Shape practical solutions by combining business process understanding with engineering skills.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products to validate ideas.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow workflows, applications, and platform capabilities using AI.
- Deploy governed and secure Now Assist, AI Agents, and agentic workflows.
- Take solutions through testing, deployment, and go-live while documenting the delivered systems.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases, AI innovations, and certifications.
- Mentor colleagues in technical and client-facing skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow industry and project experience.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules, including hands-on experience with workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, and Now Assist.
- Experience with third-party integrations, infrastructure operations, and migrations.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
