Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define Forward Deployed Engineering operating practices, internal playbooks, technical roadmaps, team culture, and cross-functional organization design.
- Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows and identify opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents integrated with customer systems and Docebo Agent Hub.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and system architecture through production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Translate customer insights and bespoke solutions into scalable platform features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Production experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong customer-centric communication skills and the ability to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly, experiment, and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Strong systems architecture experience, including distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and take complete ownership from zero to one.
