Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production implementation plans.
- Lead production rollouts of AI workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement third-party integrations through APIs, webhooks, and common services.
- Develop glue code and small to medium features with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live production issues and deploy rapid fixes.
- Create reusable templates, playbooks, and deployment best practices.
- Provide product feedback on customer pain points and feature gaps.
- Own deployment success and reliability during live customer calls.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience translating customer requirements into production implementation plans and deployments.
- Experience building and rolling out production AI workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails, with strong knowledge of LLM applications.
- Hands-on API, webhook, and authentication experience with third-party integrations.
- Coding ability to implement glue code and features with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Understanding of cloud deployment and observability for production debugging.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above; non-German candidates are eligible for escalation.
- Bonus experience with voice or telephony, automation tools, TypeScript or Python, SQL, monitoring, or privacy considerations.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually.
- Remote role with primary location in Germany.
