Responsibilities
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and test software solutions using modern technologies.
- Create or improve software through experimentation and hypothesis-driven development.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on innovative, scalable solutions.
- Identify research gaps and contribute to technological advancements.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new features and products.
- Deploy software systems and help productize new technologies.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience building proof-of-concept prototypes to test ideas or features, evaluate effectiveness, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Strong working experience with Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Experience with frontend technologies and libraries including Three.js, React Flow, Apache ECharts, Konva.js, Material UI, and Tailwind.
- Experience with React Hooks, Redux or Zustand, and React Router.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and npm.
- Experience with container-based development, AKS, or Service Fabric.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or Kafka, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and reporting solutions such as Power BI or Apache Superset.
- Knowledge of microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Knowledge of AI code-generation tools, generative AI, agentic AI, and LLMs.
- Knowledge of code quality, code monitoring, performance engineering, and test automation tools.
