Solution Engineering - French speaker
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner strategically with sales teams to align technical solutions with business outcomes and close complex deals.
- Lead the full solution cycle, including discovery, solution design, coordination with cross-functional teams, and close.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions and demonstrations using Salesforce products, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Translate customer business requirements and industry challenges into practical technology roadmaps.
- Communicate Salesforce value effectively to audiences ranging from IT administrators to C-suite executives.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products, AI, and relevant industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience in solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, professional services, account management, management consulting, solution selling, SaaS, or a comparable technical background.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to sales or business teams on deals or projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription business models, and cloud architecture.
- Technical experience with APIs, data modeling, or software development, or a degree in computer science/engineering.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements across multiple industries and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Passion for technology, business, AI, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Salesforce product knowledge or certifications such as AI Associate, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant is preferred.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, or volunteer roles.
- French-speaking capability is indicated by the job title.
