Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective customer solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value aligned with business goals.
- Participate in and direct projects related to presales, sales, and the wider business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Polish are required.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders and working with external customers.
- Proficiency in an additional language, ideally Spanish or Arabic, is preferred.
- Openness to feedback, collaboration, continuous development, and admitting mistakes are expected.
Benefits
- Annual cash compensation is listed as €73.850—€105.600 EUR and includes base salary, on-target commission, and eligible annual bonus targets.
- Some roles may participate in HubSpot’s equity plan through restricted stock units.
- Flexible work arrangements are available, whether remote or office-based, with regional office onboarding required for Engineering team members and additional in-person Product events where applicable.
