Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex backend microservices using Java, Spring, and related frameworks.
- Create high-quality business-oriented applications for collecting mobile network equipment attributes used in certification and commissioning.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress reports and updates.
- Collaborate closely with solution designers, business owners, and integrated project teams.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and version control systems.
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex solutions.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and agile software development.
- Basic understanding of Camel and Camunda is preferred.
- Knowledge of Angular, React, testing tools or frameworks, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, cloud technologies, and Grafana is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Advanced programming, hardware/software overview, and general IT knowledge.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level; German is an advantage.
