Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and technology architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance enterprise technology architectures.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and platform customization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and their use in enhancing platform capabilities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
