Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, secure Java and Spring-based software solutions for financial applications.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Implement API security, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, secure token handling, input validation, and OWASP controls.
- Develop frontend applications using React Native, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Redux.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud deployments, performance tuning, observability, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders on requirements, solution strategies, code reviews, and integration.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor engineers in large delivery teams.
- Support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects according to budget, quality, planning, and governance standards.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, follow relevant policies and regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java JDK 17 or later, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and scalable secure backend systems.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with React Native, React 18, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Redux.
- Experience with API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, Insomnia, Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Appium, or Detox.
- Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, biometric SDK integration, API gateway patterns, and secure software practices.
- Experience leading technical design discussions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
- Preferred experience with AWS or Azure, ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, Kafka or other message brokers, BPM, and BPMN 2.0.
- Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, event-driven communication, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
