Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ environments and processes.
- Build plans to integrate the Wezen platform into client organizations.
- Define user onboarding strategies and supervise operations.
- Drive development projects with outsourced providers.
- Collect and analyze user feedback.
- Check new features for quality before production launch and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Graduation from an engineering school.
- Experience ranging from junior level to five years.
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for technology.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate with developers, translators, copywriters, and clients.
- Fluency in French, startup experience, experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager, and foreign-country experience are nice to have.
