Responsibilities
- Implement, enhance, and provide BAU support for enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM environments.
- Configure ITSM workflows, service catalog capabilities, integrations, automation, and enterprise service processes.
- Develop custom scoped applications using ServiceNow SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, and third-party libraries.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer automations, ACLs, server-side and client-side APIs, workflows, and email notifications.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLM capabilities.
- Perform ATF testing, reporting, dashboard development, import set and transformation work, update set management, system clones, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain REST integrations and Integration and Orchestration solutions.
- Use Now Assist for Creator and GenAI capabilities for code generation, development productivity, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ITOM implementations, enhancements, and BAU support.
- Graduate degree required or expected.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflow configuration, service catalog, integrations, Flow Designer automation, and enterprise-scale platform support.
- Experience with ServiceNow SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, scoped application development, platform APIs, workflows, and notifications.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification.
- Preferred: experience with reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, ITOM, Discovery, cloud integrations, and Agile/Scrum environments.
