Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for the new seller funnel.
- Develop and scale identity verification and fraud detection systems.
- Ensure a balance between seller growth and buyer experience.
- Power accurate seller identification and route sellers effectively.
- Create scalable infrastructure for trust and reputation systems.
- Drive long-term seller success by managing seller profiles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience building scalable systems using Python, Elixir, or JavaScript.
- Ability to work across the stack, both backend and frontend.
- Excellent product instincts with a user-first approach.
- Proven track record of delivering features quickly.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous areas and drive impact.
- Knowledge of data and growth systems.
- Experience with scalability and data pipelines using SQL, dbt, etc.
