Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performing serverless solutions using AWS services.
- Build event-driven and highly observable services with infrastructure as code.
- Own services end to end, including architecture, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Improve development and delivery workflows to increase team productivity and enable continuous production deployment.
- Collaborate through pairing, planning, architectural discussions, code reviews, and iterative Agile delivery.
- Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, research, and reviews while validating outputs responsibly.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code, including familiarity with CDK or Terraform.
- Backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Git, and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with or interest in CI/CD pipeline setup and AI-assisted DevOps tooling.
- Experience with React or Angular for modern web interfaces.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, core AI concepts, high-level LLM behavior, and safe and unsafe AI use cases.
- Ability to discuss architectural decisions, document designs, and present technical ideas clearly.
