Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation to business customers on complex business processes, capabilities, organizational structures, and enabling technologies.
- Lead the design of large or complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, and processes.
- Develop architectural diagrams, models, component requirements, specifications, and detailed implementation designs.
- Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, reliability, and systems management needs.
- Review system designs, select architecture components and design standards, and ensure integration across systems and technologies.
- Lead solution delivery through the full lifecycle, including technical walkthroughs, customer walkthroughs, integration decisions, and problem resolution.
- Lead significant improvement programs and complex project initiatives while ensuring quality and measurable business benefits.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, training, and expert advice to architects, developers, management, and business users.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, business architects, product SMEs, customers, partners, and organizational departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Five years of experience in an IT discipline is required.
- Five years of experience in a business discipline is required.
- Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems is preferred.
- Health insurance industry business knowledge is preferred.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or certifications relevant to solution, data, cloud, or security architecture are preferred.
- Ability to communicate architectural concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide technical leadership is required.
