Responsibilities
- Architect SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with US business and compliance requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams on SAP implementation projects.
- Optimize financial planning, general ledger, reporting, and controlling processes.
- Oversee FI/CO integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend financial workflow improvements.
- Govern and guide support teams responsible for SAP FI/CO maintenance.
- Perform system validation and IT housekeeping to protect data integrity.
- Contribute SAP FI/CO expertise to large-scale global transformation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Informatics.
- At least 6 years of process knowledge in financial operations and strong expertise in US financial standards and reporting.
- At least 6 years of SAP FI/CO configuration and deployment experience.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Experience with ERP architecture and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with cross-regional implementations and localized compliance.
- Knowledge of controlled industries such as pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and related accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, political and cultural awareness, and experience in global matrix organizations.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
