Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality Microsoft Fabric Platform experiences for browser environments.
- Lead architecture, technical design, and implementation of complex full-stack and platform initiatives.
- Drive execution across multiple teams and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, program managers, and engineers throughout product development.
- Provide technical leadership through guidance, mentoring, design reviews, and hands-on development.
- Contribute code and establish technical direction, engineering excellence, reliability, and maintainability.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-assisted and agentic development capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Alternatively, a master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience is listed.
- Experience leading architecture and delivery of large-scale web applications, cloud services, or platform capabilities is preferred.
- Experience serving as a technical lead, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction across teams is preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and cloud services is preferred.
- Experience driving complex initiatives across multiple teams and delivering results collaboratively is preferred.
- Experience with developer platforms, SaaS products, data platforms, analytics systems, or other large-scale enterprise software is a plus.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter is required.
