Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Experiment, design, and build UIs, flows, features, and abstractions that reduce user effort
- Expand use case coverage of Oso’s core authorization service
- Build and operate infrastructure for a highly available, low-latency cloud service
- Write documentation and blog posts for new users
- Engage with users through support channels such as Slack
- Contribute broadly to building the company and community
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience working at a startup or in a similar environment
- Experience with developer experience and/or user experience
- Ability to program across different levels of the stack, including frontend, backend, web applications, and lower-level systems
- Ambition, ownership, resilience, growth orientation, and strong customer focus
