Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop core software and enterprise data solutions aligned with software engineering strategy.
- Develop and maintain data warehouses and business intelligence solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Zena.
- Design and architect data pipelines that process data from OLTP and flat files through staging into OLAP environments.
- Build reusable components for reporting and analytics and maintain large volumes of heterogeneous data for enterprise data lakes.
- Use Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, IICS, Snowflake, and Databricks in data engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and finalize specifications.
- Define engineering standards, practices, templates, and reusable frameworks.
- Support CI/CD, deployment and build improvements, technology evaluations, and team support rotations.
- Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and domain expertise to junior engineers.
- Participate in product planning, work decomposition, interviewing, recruiting, and technology vendor evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Applied Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a data engineer, specialist, consultant, or in a closely related occupation.
- Five years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Zena, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, relational databases, data pipeline architecture, OLTP/flat-file transformations, and client requirements gathering.
- Three years of experience with IICS and Snowflake.
- Two years of experience with Databricks.
- Demonstrable experience with data warehouse star schemas, test case development and execution, reusable reporting and analytics components, data analysis, optimized data pipelines, and enterprise data lakes.
