Responsibilities
- Serve as the Ivalua Source-to-Pay subject matter expert and advise on platform capabilities, architecture, best practices, and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and maintainable Ivalua solutions.
- Configure Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing modules, including workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Support release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, design reviews, defect management, release assessments, and post-production stabilization.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
- Mentor and upskill team members, support onboarding and training, maintain documentation, and improve configuration and release processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of hands-on Ivalua Source-to-Pay implementation experience.
- Five to ten years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.
- Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration, plus Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification or Badge.
- Strong experience with Ivalua functional and technical configuration, APIs, EAI, ETL integrations, advanced SQL, release management, and SDLC practices.
- Preferred Ivalua L3 SQL Certification and experience with software or product releases, DevOps, Scrum, Agile, AI and machine learning, data analytics and reporting tools, Oracle databases, multi-tier architectures, and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, written and verbal English, problem-solving, analytical, independent-working, mentoring, and coaching skills.
