
Founding Solutions Engineer (NY)

Responsibilities
- Become a product expert with a deep understanding of Rox’s architecture and customer workflows.
- Partner with Sales to conduct impactful technical demos and support deals from initial contact to closure.
- Design and explain integrations across various data systems and modern GTM tools.
- Lead technical discovery conversations to identify real customer problems.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Refine demo narratives and technical positioning to improve sales processes.
- Onboard and train new Solutions Engineers as the team expands.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data warehouses and GTM stacks.
- Hands-on experience with integrations involving CRMs, analytics tools, or AI-driven systems.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where processes are still being developed.
- A proven track record of effective collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
