Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, modify, and maintain application code and software solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Java and React.js applications using modern architectures and cloud technologies.
- Implement user interfaces, APIs, mobile applications, and integrations with back-end services.
- Collaborate with internal users, peers, business partners, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects.
- Develop unit tests, apply development best practices, and remain accountable for product quality.
- Complete installation and maintenance documentation and procedures.
- Demonstrate products, collect stakeholder feedback, and implement improvements.
- Use Agile and DevSecOps practices to deliver quality products consistently.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, or hybrid/native mobile development.
- Experience with Java application development and React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience integrating with back-end applications using MQ, SOAP, RESTful services, and JSON.
- Experience with MySQL or similar SQL-based database systems.
- Experience with JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or other cloud solutions.
- Understanding of security, performance, data management, and other non-functional requirements.
- Strong planning, software implementation, communication, leadership, consensus-building, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Experience implementing both user interfaces and APIs is required.

- Base salary and discretionary performance bonus are described as part of total annual cash compensation ranging from $99,000 to $149,000, based on experience and qualifications.
